A sulfate-free gel cleanser that contains chirally correct L-Mandelic acid to gently exfoliate and brighten the skin. Appropriate for normal or oily skin types.

  • 1% l-mandelic acid: An alpha hydroxy acid that has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, anti-fungal properties, and improves the appearance of pigmentation.
  • green tea extract: Anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial. Contains antioxidants, 5-alpha reductase inhibitors, and caffeine which helps to protect the skin from free radicals.
  • gluconolactone: Polyhydroxy acid that dissolves dead skin cells, removes dead skin cells, and improves the appearance of fine lines and hyperpigmentation.
  • vitis vinifera (grape) seed extract: An antioxidant that protects the skin from free radicals.

Tips from your Acne Specialist: If you have the need for added oil reduction or are prone to fungal acne, this is your product. The only difference between this product and L-Mandelic Face and Body Scrub is the lack of extra exfoliation from the cellulose beads! Unbeatable exfoliation and brightening and slightly gentler than using the scrub!

Directions: Apply a small amount to damp skin and massage into a light foaming lather. Do not rub aggressively. Rinse with tepid water and pat dry. This cleanser should not be used to remove eye makeup.
